Educational Franchise Management System


ABSTRACT


This application software is used to automate transactions between parent companies and franchisees. The software will provide real-time communication between two franchisees or control offices via the Internet. This software will be used both in the Control Office and in the Franchise Centre. The software will cover registration, course fee collection, course fee payment, content assignment, reporting and chat. The software will need to record new entries, take details of course fee receipts such as receipt number, amount, receipt date, etc., and store these details in the central database at head office. Applications must retain franchise details such as business partner details, course approval, contract validity, etc. The project has five modules: login component, manager component, franchise manager component. Depending on the module, distributors and sub-distributors can easily organise and manage their activities.
As modern organisations become more automated and computers work according to instructions, it becomes necessary for a modern organisation to combine people, objects, and computers. This information helps dealers buy or sell products more efficiently.
Administrators and everyone can communicate with the system through these plans, thus facilitating the effective implementation and monitoring of the various activities of a supermarket distributor.

Existing System


Any Educational institute with multiple franchises in the city has difficulty communicating with each other and with the parent company. This results in delays in making decisions about meetings, distribution of materials, payments etc.
The disadvantages of the current system are the following. Important business information is hard to come by. More manual hours are required to prepare the required reports.

Proposed System


A franchise management system is a software application that avoids the additional manual time spent keeping records and reports. Maintaining franchise details of transactions, royalties, and activities in a manual system is complex. All these have to be kept in the book or notebook. Franchise coordinators should inspect each franchise for brief details. Therefore, communication between the franchisee and the franchisee coordinator is difficult.
The proposed system provides real-time communication between users regardless of geographic borders. Users can effectively discuss a given topic without having to meet in person. It serves as a good alternative to face-to-face conferences.

System Design


There are following modules used in this project:

Modules


  1. Login Module
    • This module consists of ‘Login’ details along with changing password or new entry of members
    • Members are: Administrator(Head Office Manager),Franchise Manager and Students.
  2. Administrator Module
    • This module creates various management activities in the central office. As an administrator, the manager has the right to approve/deny the admission of students to any franchise centre. He is honoured to provide instructional materials for all courses at low cost franchise centres.

  3. Franchise Manager Module
    • In this module, the franchisee must be registered. When a new franchise is registered, the head office appoints a franchisee as a coordinator who handles the business of the franchise, such as offering new courses.

  4. Student Module
    • When a student enrolls in a franchise, the franchise administrator must send the student's data to the central office to process recruitment, exams, etc.
      Fee Details – When a franchisee offers a course, there is a specific course fee for that course. The franchisee sends the details of the rate to the headquarters according to the course chosen by the student. When the central office receives the fee details from the student based on the fee details, it provides the material to the student.
      Exam Details - Upon completion of the course, the franchisee will take the exam and submit the exam details to the head office, where the head office management will review the documents and send the results and certificates to the centre.

Feature Enhancement


This app avoids manual work and related hassles.This is an easy way to get information about the different products available in the supermarket.Well, my team and I have worked hard to create a better website than the current one in terms of information on various activities. Even then, we felt that the project could be improved. Basically, when we ask for information about a specific product, it only shows the company, the product ID, the product name and the number. Therefore, after receiving information about the available quantity, we can access the product company's website by clicking on the product name.
The next improvement we can add is the search option. We can find a specific product company directly from this site. These are two goal setting shareware that you can use.

Conclusion


The system was designed in such a way that future modifications can be done easily. The following conclusions can be deduced from the development of the project.

  • Franchisee Management System of the entire system improves the efficiency.
  • It provides a friendly graphical user interface which proves to be better when compared to the existing system.
  • It gives appropriate access to the authorised users depending on their permissions.
  • It effectively overcomes the delay in communications.
  • Updating of information becomes so easier.
  • System security, data security and reliability are the striking features.
  • The System has adequate scope for modification in future if it is necessary.
