ABSTRACT

With tremendous advances in technology, information technology is a rapidly evolving field. Technology that is hot today may be useless tomorrow. This ever-changing situation makes it possible for various companies and organisations to provide state-of-the-art IT solutions. I am doing my own cosmetic store management project. Efficient management of network based systems is required to manage customer orders. 

This plan is an attempt to provide a solution. The proposed system allows administrators to monitor customer orders and maintain customer records. You can see the requirements offered by the customer. You can also view the reports generated by it and you can send instant approval or rejection. Therefore, this is a sincere effort to make the work of project administrators easier to use.

Existing System

All these management processes are done manually in the form of paperwork and the records are kept in the registry. In such cases, there is frequent possibility of data redundancy and data loss is easy. All invoice structures are handwritten and sometimes you make mistakes. This system is time consuming and labour intensive.

Proposed System

The objective is to overcome the main limitation of the current effective management of customer details, thus improving performance.

• With the advanced computerisation involved in maintaining customer details, errors and inconsistencies can be kept.
• Finding strategies will make it easier to retrieve data.
• Data verification will ensure that only accurate, valid and complete data is stored in the database.
• Proper over sight of the process from client registration to activation. The preparation of the report will help in analysing the performance of the bank.
• This will take much less time than the current system.
• The system will store all the basic data required for store management.

Feature Enhancement

This project is implemented in a modular manner. This allows you to easily add and implement any new roles described in the company.Import data from existing systems into new databases with marked dependencies and avoid data loss.Combine the existing application with the company's financial application to facilitate the payment process.The firm intends to provide its employees with corporate travel credit cards that can be used on business trips.The existing application can be extended to facilitate staffing by integrating credit card accounts.

Conclusion

This system is helpful for managing any cosmetic shop.We can easily manage employee record,product recode,sales details,Account detail etc.By the help of this system we can easily generate reports such as dealers,customer bill report,customer report,employee report,Salary report.
